Together we will improve physical performance as well as bringing in energetic work.

The workout is higher intensity, low impact. Meaning, this is a full body strength training workout that you get to make as challenging as your body desires.

This is all part of the process.

I am a trained professional with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, A certified personal trainer with 13 years experience both in-person and online.

Dumbbells: I recommend a lighter and heavier set. Start with what you’re comfortable, try the workout with a lighter set to get familiar and increase next time. If you don’t have dumbbells start off by filling up some water bottles just to get familiar with the movements and connect with your body.
